Data deletion

Last updated: 7 October 2026

You can request deletion of personal information held in ClubOs, including information imported from Facebook or Instagram.

1. Send a deletion request

Email allgym.mgr@gmail.com with the subject "ClubOs data deletion". Include your name, the gym or club concerned, and the email address or social profile associated with the information. Tell us whether your request concerns your account, messages, a connected business asset or other records.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request. If verification is necessary, we will ask for proportionate information through an appropriate channel.

2. We identify and handle the relevant records

A1 Thornaby Limited, the operator of ClubOs, handles platform-account and support-record requests. Where your gym or club controls the records, we will direct or pass the request to that operator and assist it with the information held in ClubOs. An authorised business representative may request removal of imported records for its connected assets.

We will confirm the outcome or explain any information that must be retained and why. Requests are handled within the applicable legal time limit, normally one month; we will tell you if a permitted extension is needed. Backup copies may remain until the hosting provider's backup cycle expires.

3. Stop further imports if required

An authorised operator can disconnect the relevant Meta connection from ClubOs's integration settings. You can also remove ClubOs's access using Meta's settings for connected business integrations. Disconnecting stops new access through that connection and removes its saved credentials from ClubOs. It does not automatically delete messages or other records already imported.

Deleting information from ClubOs does not delete its original copy on Facebook, Instagram or another provider, or copies held separately by your gym. Use the relevant provider's or gym's own process for those records.

Read the ClubOs privacy policy for the information we process, retention criteria and your rights.
